Safety and Side Effects

You should not take TRIBENZOR if you have low or no urine output or if you are allergic to other sulfonamide-type medicines. Before taking TRIBENZOR, tell your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant. Tell your doctor if you have liver problems, heart problems, kidney problems, or lupus. Also tell your doctor about all the medicines you take, including prescription and nonprescription medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements.

Some people taking TRIBENZOR may have side effects. If you have questions about these side effects, be sure to talk with your doctor or pharmacist.

Here is a brief summary of what you need to know about the possible side effects of TRIBENZOR:

  • Dizziness is the most commonly reported side effect of TRIBENZOR
  • Other common side effects of TRIBENZOR include swelling (edema) of the ankles, feet, and hands; headache; tiredness; stuffy or runny nose and sore throat; muscle twitching (spasms); nausea; upper respiratory tract infection; diarrhea; urinary tract infection; and swelling (edema) of the joints. These are not all of the possible side effects of TRIBENZOR
